Dragonas has been asked to play ArtNight Pasadena 2010!

The show takes place outside by the fountain at the newly renovated One Colorado, a super chic area of Old Town Pasadena with great shops and restaurants. The show is Friday October 8th from 6pm – 10pm and is TOTALLY FREE.

Last fall, over 14,000 people attended and this year is expected to be even BIGGER.

ArtNight Pasadena is actually the kickoff for an entire arts weekend in Pasadena.

If you have not been out to Old Town Pasadena in a while, you owe it to yourself to come experience it. Great people, beautiful weather, delicious food and drink, and amazing music … it doesn’t get any better than this.

Also, as promised we have unveiled a brand spankin’ new song on the music page with the announcement of our show.

We had such a fun time at the Terrace on August 26th. The venue is a long rectangular hall, with the stage located in the very back, so the acoustics were well geared for our sound.

Teresa, the promoter was great! Special thanks to Welcome To Concrete for coming out and bringing a killer show.

We were invited back to play again almost immediately after exiting the stage … so there’s a good chance that we may return in the future.

As of now, there are NO SHOWS scheduled for September, as we prepare to go back into the studio at the end of the month and commit our energies to scouring the globe for an elite bass player.

Friar Tuck’s Rocked!

It seems only appropriate that Dragonas should play a bar in the shape of a castle

… and we had a blast tearing that castle down!

Much appreciation to Music For Medicine, Polyhedra, and Mudflap for playing killer shows! Also, Thanks to our friend, Charlie Lowrey, for doing a great job filling in on percussion, while Nick was out of town.

It was also Megan’s birthday, Happy Birthday!

We’re only ten days from our next exciting concert! Join us on August 26th at The Terrace, located at 443 E Colorado Blvd in Pasadena, California. The show starts at 8:45pm. We will be sharing the stage with none other than John’s old band, Welcome To Concrete. Nothing like a little sibling rivalry to get the competitive spirit roused … Expect the unexpected.
